Loveney Hub Terms of Service

Welcome to Loveney Hub (hereinafter referred to as "the Application" or "we"). These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as "these Terms") constitute an agreement between you and the operator of Loveney Hub regarding your use of the Application. Please carefully read and fully understand all provisions of these Terms before registering for or using the Application. By registering, logging in, or using the Application, you shall be deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to all provisions of these Terms.

The current version of the Application is a smart device connection and control tool. We may add new features from time to time, at which point we will update these Terms and post the updated version within the Application.

Article 1 Acceptance and Amendment of These Terms

1.1 These Terms apply to all services you use through the Application, including but not limited to account registration, smart device connection and control, system messages, and feedback and customer service.

1.2 We reserve the right to amend these Terms from time to time in accordance with changes in laws and regulations, business adjustments, or product iterations. The amended Terms shall be announced within the Application and shall take effect upon announcement. If you do not agree with the amendments, you shall cease using the Application; continued use shall constitute acceptance of the amended Terms.

Article 2 Age Restriction and Adult Content Declaration

2.1 The Application is intended for use by adults only. You confirm and declare that you are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) and have full civil capacity.

2.2 The Application contains adult-oriented smart device control features. If your jurisdiction imposes special legal restrictions on adult content, you are responsible for ensuring that your use complies with local laws.

2.3 We shall take reasonable technical measures (including age verification) to prevent minors from registering for and using the Application. If we discover or have reasonable grounds to suspect that a user is a minor, we reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate that account without assuming any liability.

2.4 Minors are prohibited from using the Application. If you are the guardian of a minor and discover that the minor is using the Application, please contact us immediately.

Article 3 Account Registration and Management

3.1 You may register for an account via email or third-party accounts (Apple, Google, etc.). You undertake to provide true, accurate, and complete information during registration and to keep it updated.

3.2 You shall keep your account and password secure and shall be responsible for all activities under your account. If you discover that your account has been compromised or that there is a security vulnerability, you shall notify us immediately. Losses arising from your failure to safeguard your account shall be borne by you.

3.3 You shall not transfer or lend your account to others. We reserve the right to conduct security verification or impose restrictions on abnormal logins, simultaneous logins from multiple devices, and similar activities.

3.4 You have the right to delete your account at any time. Upon deletion, your personal profile, system message records, and other data shall be processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

Article 4 User Conduct

4.1 When using the Application, you shall comply with applicable laws and regulations and public order and good morals, and shall not engage in any of the following conduct:

(1) Publishing or disseminating content that is pornographic, obscene, violent, terrorist, hateful, discriminatory, or otherwise illegal or harmful;

(2) Using the Application for sexual transactions, prostitution, solicitation, or any form of paid sexual service brokerage;

(3) Harassing, threatening, insulting, or defaming other users, or infringing upon the privacy, reputation, portrait rights, or other lawful rights and interests of others;

(4) Publishing advertisements, spam, or fraudulent information, or using the Application for pyramid schemes, illegal fundraising, or other illegal activities;

(5) Impersonating another person or fabricating an identity, including using another person's photograph as an avatar or forging personal profile information;

(6) Using technical means to attack or interfere with the normal operation of the Application, or to crack or reverse engineer the Application;

(7) Any other conduct that violates laws and regulations, these Terms, or social morality.

4.2 We reserve the right to take measures against users who violate the above rules, including warnings, feature restrictions, and account suspension, and to pursue legal liability.

Article 5 Content Standards and Intellectual Property

5.1 You shall be solely responsible for content you publish or submit through the Application (including avatars, photos, personal profile information, feedback content, etc.). You warrant that you hold lawful rights to such content and that it does not infringe upon the intellectual property or other lawful rights and interests of any third party.

5.2 You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, and display content you publish within the scope of providing and promoting the Application's services. This license shall terminate upon your deletion of the content or deletion of your account.

5.3 All intellectual property rights in the Application's trademarks, logos, interface designs, and software code belong to us or the relevant rights holders. You shall not copy, modify, disseminate, or use them for commercial purposes without written authorization.

5.4 If you believe that content within the Application infringes upon your lawful rights and interests, you may file a complaint through the reporting feature or by contacting us via email, and we will address it within a reasonable time.

Article 6 Smart Device Connection and Use

6.1 The Application supports connecting to compatible smart devices via Bluetooth and provides a single-user, single-device control mode. You understand and agree that smart devices are third-party hardware products, and we shall not be liable for the quality or safety of the devices themselves.

6.2 You shall use smart devices in accordance with the device manufacturer's instructions and shall avoid excessive use or improper operation that may cause physical discomfort. If you experience discomfort during use, you shall stop immediately.

6.3 The Application sets a safe range for device control intensity to prevent injury caused by misoperation. However, you understand that technical measures have limitations and cannot completely eliminate usage risks.

6.4 Device information collected during Bluetooth connection (such as device name, MAC address, and connection status) shall be processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

Article 7 Service Fees

7.1 The current version of the Application is provided to users free of charge.

7.2 We may introduce paid value-added services in the future. At that time, separate service terms will be formulated and published, and you may freely choose whether to use such services.

Article 8 Service Changes, Interruption, and Termination

8.1 We reserve the right to change, suspend, or terminate some or all services in accordance with business development needs, and shall provide advance notice within a reasonable period.

8.2 We shall not be liable for service interruption or abnormality caused by system maintenance, upgrades, network failures, force majeure, or similar reasons, but shall endeavor to minimize the impact and restore services promptly.

8.3 If you materially breach these Terms, we reserve the right to immediately terminate the provision of services to you and suspend your account.

Article 9 Disclaimer

9.1 The Application is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no express or implied warranties regarding the timeliness, security, accuracy, or completeness of the services.

9.2 We shall not be liable for the product quality, usage safety, or effectiveness of smart devices. For such issues, please contact the device manufacturer or seller.

9.3 Any losses arising from your breach of these Terms or improper operation shall be borne by you.

Article 10 Limitation of Liability

10.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages (including but not limited to loss of profits, data loss, and mental distress) arising from your use of or inability to use the Application.

10.2 Our aggregate liability to you shall be limited to the minimum amount prescribed by law.

Article 11 Privacy Protection

11.1 We attach great importance to the protection of your personal information. For the specific rules governing our collection, use, storage, and sharing of your personal information, please refer to the Loveney Hub Privacy Policy.

11.2 By using the Application, you consent to our processing of your personal information in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

Article 12 Dispute Resolution

12.1 The formation, validity, interpretation, performance, and dispute resolution of these Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore (excluding its conflict of laws rules).

12.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be resolved through friendly consultation between the parties. If consultation fails, either party shall have the right to initiate litigation before a court of competent jurisdiction in the Republic of Singapore.

12.3 If you are a consumer residing in a jurisdiction with mandatory consumer protection laws (including the European Union, the United Kingdom, Australia, Japan, South Korea, Brazil, and others), nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude your non-derogable statutory rights, and you shall have the right to initiate litigation before the courts of your place of residence.

Article 13 Miscellaneous

13.1 If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected.

13.2 Our failure or delay in exercising any right under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right.

13.3 These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the use of the Application and supersede all prior oral or written communications and agreements.
